Bring a friend is the best way. Get a room when you get inside so u can compose yourself. And don't overthink.

Give yourself permission to leave almost immediately. There will be nobody inside the door that will force you to stay. Simply go in with the knowledge that you can leave anytime you like. Getting a room will increase your comfort. Have a plan when you enter, don’t just sit in your room hiding. Go and go have a shower sit in the hot tub for five minutes, it’s a great spot just sit and get your bearings. Always remind yourself you can leave at anytime. Go enjoy yourself and try to cast away any hesitation, again you can leave at anytime.
