It's best for you to go on slow days like sunday- Wednesday (Wednesday being the slowest day of the week) as this would relax you a little bit and get used to the place, get familiar with the maze upstairs...

I would start by saying, you'll be popular based on age and build. So remember a polite No... is all you're required to stave off unwantd advances. If it takes anything else, report the offender to the staff.
Stay in the no sex area's and try to get comfy with being there. Ie. The hot tub and front lounge.
Secondly courage is not a pre-requisite... Most if not all will be kind courtious and respect boundaries.
My very 1st time years ago, I hid in the glory hole booth for 2hrs. Sucked alot of members and left.
Just try your best to stay in your happy head space and relax. Enjoy your 1st visit and don't pressure youself to do anything.
Try your best to not do the zombie walk would be my advice, nothing is more of a turn off,, than being followed by 10 guys, dicks in hand, traveling kind a brainless zombie horde.., just saying
some times it works to already maybe have a plan. meet someone there. walk around together. it is very nerve braking to go the first time but i can asure you its a great lace to be. people have always been respectful to me and barely had any problems. i would say they where just minor inconveniences that would never take awy from the fact that i enjoy being there. I'm not a overly regular but lately I did showed up more than before. the place and atmosphere has change for the better in my opinion.
Going during the day (11:00-4:00) on weekdays has been good for me the few times I’ve gone. There are usual a handful of guys there for the whole time and a few that come in, do their thing and go. It’s not overwhelming, so you can have time to wander a bit without bumping into guys constantly, but some variety if your type isn’t there right away. I have only seen one female in the times I’ve been there, so unless you see that someone on here is coming, it might not be the best time to go if that’s what you’re looking for.
Like someone else said, bringing a small bottle of lube is a great idea. I haven’t seen anyone wear flip flops, but they wouldn’t be a bad idea, especially in the shower/wet sauna areas.
I hope you go, it has been a ton of fun each time I’ve gone. The guys there have all been very respectful, but also give you what you’re looking for!
