You can do anyone of those three that you mention. I have also been there a few times and come and dressed in a room by the locker or come fully dressed, I really did enjoy climbing those stairs all dressed.
The only days you can’t cd is Wednesday and Friday but it’s completely up to you on when and where you get dressed up
