I came in today and had a blast, but the price for my single, non screen room was triple what the posted price is online. I showed the pricing page and was told that the website just hadn't been updated. 

Is there a timeline for the website update so it's easier to plan out the costs ahead of the visit?

Thanks for reaching out! 

Last week, I came in at 4:45, rented room 107, and paid $10 for the room and $20 for the deposit. 

This week, I came at 4:45, rented room 108, and paid $31 for the room and $20 for the deposit. 

I was told that the ladies' co-ed special doesn't apply anymore and that the pricing page on the website needed to be updated and wouldn't be honored. I even pulled the website up for the cashier for reference. 

I enjoy SW, and had fun yesterday with the group that was waiting inside for me. But for a new guest the payment process would have been really off-putting. I turned to the forum with my questions before my first visit and was directed to pricing and FAQ's. If we are telling new visitors to reference those data sources they need to be kept up to date.

@kaliekat I feel your pain. I had the same experience last time I was there. Me and my girlfriend were there and we had planned to pay so much based on the site, when we got there it was a different thing.  

Like you said is still a great experience to go to SW but that discrepancy is very off putting and so not consistent. For new visitors can make it a bit off-putting and SW should realize that first impressions for new comers is what keeps them coming back. 

The layout off the rooms, the names, the prices, how the especial for women have changed, none of this have being updated.

I hope this didn't ruin your visit. Have a good one

@kaliekat you are correct, you did overpay.  I will speak to the staff member and make sure he understands our pricing.  We have recently changed how to ring in the women's special in our POS system.  He obviously does not understand the change and I will make sure that's corrected.  I will arrange for a refund, just shoot me a message before your next visit so I can arrange it

Do you still have the nooner special? We were there last night and the attendant stated the prices were changing.  Can you let us know when that will be and how much it is?

@jimb Thank you for looking into it for me! I worked retail for years and totally understand POS system adventures. 

I will let you know when I'm going back in, thank you for offering to make it right.

@kaliekat I want to make sure this works out without any problems,  will you be in before 5 pm or after? There is a shift change at 5 pm and I'd like make sure the on duty staff is aware of your credit.

Still not sure on the thurs special we get 207 is it now free for us or discounted or just no locker fee for husband
