I am a great supporter of steamworks but March 29 6 pm I went there and literally the guy told me they are doing shift changing abd they can not accept customer. Very disappointed and return home. I will not visit there anymore. That attitude of the employee is horrible. I hope Jim will read this. Remember, without a customer business can not make money yet that employee just lost his 20 dollars tips top of the business lost.
My first time I was behind a man being told the same thing, and it was also 6pm. We both looked at each other and shared an eye roll. So we both sat in our cars for 15 mins I guess because we both ended back at the window at the same time. I was so nervous. But it was just 15 mins. I thought it was terrible customer service - I mean, it takes 2 minutes to rent a room and hand out a key and towel, just do it first, then shift change - but I can handle 15 minutes. I went downstairs and the hot tub was roped off. LOL. Just another 15 minutes to wait.
